Preparation, feedbacks and reflections of the degree show in DJcad.
Preparation
Before the degree show of DJcad started. I made these things for the visitors:
A strip hand printed with my logo to hold the instrument. A T-shirt hand printed with my logo. Hand-made business cards. Stickers.
During the show
It's exciting to see how people use and think about your project. I found some problems during observing people engage with it. There is no obvious feedback of how the handle been twisted so people often twisted it too much. It's a problem I need to improve.
Feedbacks
Beyond my expectation, there is a larger range of people interested in this project. I met many elderly people told me that they want to buy one as a gift to their grandchildren if it is on the market. And some music lovers I met said they want to have one themselves. I also met people from Tigerprint, Glasgow school of art, V&A museum in Dundee, fife council, music theater, art correspondent and other artists or designers very interested in this and left cards to me.
